Why I Started MBS Fitness
After years of studying business and working in the corporate world, I (Kirill) felt unfulfilled and began searching for purpose. It wasn’t until I returned to my roots in sport, including track and field, boxing, and coaching, that everything began to make sense.

As a former track and field athlete and amateur boxer, I have competed at a high level, including winning the Brisbane Corporate Boxing Championship and earning a gold medal at the Australian Club Championships. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have seen how powerful movement can be, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

That experience led me to create MBS Fitness, a place where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds feel welcome, build confidence, and discover what they are capable of.

My mission is simple: to help you get stronger every day through strength, fitness and boxing.
Values
Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing all people's opinions, feelings, and rights and treating them with dignity and respect

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations.

Persistence: Engaging in boxing & strength activities enables people to push themselves beyond their perceived limits, discovering newfound strengths and skills.
