From the moment you arrive at our gym at 115 Cove Hill Road, Bridgewater, Coach Kirill and the MBS Fitness team will greet you, explain how everything works, and make sure you feel at ease. Whether it’s you or your child starting out, we’ll help you feel supported, confident, and ready to enjoy your first session.

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and most importantly — yourself. Wear sneakers and comfortable activewear, and be ready to move. If you’re joining a boxing session, we’ll provide the gloves so you can jump straight in.
