Starting something new can feel overwhelming. You might be unsure which program is right for you or your child, or feel nervous about walking into a gym for the first time. That’s completely normal, and it’s exactly why we make getting started simple.

If you're unsure where to begin, you can book a free consultation where we’ll talk about your goals, show you around the gym, and help create a simple plan so you know exactly what to do next.

We’ll Guide You Every Step of the Way
From the moment you arrive at our gym at 115 Cove Hill Road, Bridgewater, Coach Kirill and the MBS Fitness team will welcome you, explain how everything works, and help you feel comfortable.

Whether you're joining group training, enrolling your child in boxing, or looking for personalised support, we’ll guide you through the process and help you choose the right program so you feel supported, confident, and ready to begin.

What to Bring
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable activewear, and be ready to move. If you're joining a boxing session, we’ll provide the gloves so you can jump straight in without needing your own equipment.
