In this free consultation, we’ll sit down together to understand your goals, assess where you’re currently at, and map out a clear plan that fits your body, lifestyle, and schedule. Whether you’re brand new to training or getting back on track, this consultation gives you clarity, confidence, and a personalised path forward, with no pressure and no obligation.


Cancellation Policy

Personal Training sessions are reserved specifically for you, so we kindly ask that any changes are made with adequate notice. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance and must be completed at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Personal Training session, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the session to another client. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited. Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions will finish at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival to ensure fairness for other clients. If you are feeling unwell or have an injury, please notify your coach as soon as possible so we can assist in making suitable arrangements. By booking a Personal Training session at MBS Fitness, you agree to follow all safety instructions and inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your participation.
