Youth Boxing Classes in Bridgewater
Ages 11 to 15

Boxing is more than just fitness, it helps teens build focus, discipline, and self-confidence. At MBS Fitness in Bridgewater, our youth boxing classes for ages 11–15 are beginner-friendly, safe, and designed to make training fun. Whether your teen wants to get active, learn new skills, or work on confidence, our coaches provide the support they need every step of the way.

 

Schedule: Monday, 5-5:45 pm, Wednesday & Friday, 4:15-5:00 pm.

All fees are calculated for the school term (10 weeks):

1 class a week – $160 per term

2 classes a week – $280 per term

3 classes a week - $385 per term

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal development.

Persistence: Engaging in sports enables children to push themselves beyond their perceived limits, discovering newfound strengths and skills they never knew they possessed.
