Principles

Safety: Your children's safety is our top priority. We take all necessary measures to ensure that your children exercise in a safe environment.

Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing the opinions, feelings, and rights of all people and treating them with dignity and respect in all interactions and communications in and outside class.

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal development.

Persistence: Engaging in the sports enables children to push themselves beyond their perceived limits, discovering newfound strengths and skills they never knew they possessed.
