Our Flexibility & Stretching sessions are designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and recovery to support your boxing and conditioning training. These guided sessions focus on controlled stretching, mobility drills, breathing, and recovery-based movements to help reduce stiffness, prevent injury, and improve movement quality. Perfect for anyone feeling tight, sore, or looking to train more consistently without aches and pains. Suitable for all fitness levels and highly recommended for members training multiple times per week. Schedule: • Tuesday & Thursday – 8:30am Included in memberships and available with class packs and casual visits.
Cancellation Policy
To help classes run smoothly and fairly for all members, please follow the guidelines below. Bookings can be made online up to 14 days in advance and must be completed at least 1 hour before the class start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 4 hours before the class start time. This allows other members the opportunity to take your place. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the session being forfeited, especially for bookings made using class passes or membership plans. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session if it disrupts the class or affects safety. If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and must confirm your booking within the allotted time. By booking into a class at MBS Fitness, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by coaches and notify staff of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect participation.
