At MBS Fitness, our Adult Flexibility & Stretching classes are designed to help you improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support your overall training and lifestyle. These sessions focus on guided stretching, mobility drills, and recovery-based movement in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Safety: Our members are our top priority. We take all necessary measures to ensure our members exercise in a safe environment. The training includes contact exercises and boxing techniques strictly practised in the gym under controlled conditions with mandatory protective gear.
Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing all people's opinions, feelings, and rights and treating them with dignity and respect in all interactions and communications in and outside the gym.
Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal and professional development.
