At MBS Fitness in Bridgewater, in our boxing class, you will learn boxing techniques, footwork, and build strength and fitness, all while training alongside a community that pushes and supports one another.

Safety: Our members are our top priority. We take all necessary measures to ensure our members exercise in a safe environment. The training includes contact exercises and boxing techniques strictly practised in the gym under controlled conditions with mandatory protective gear. 

Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing all people's opinions, feelings, and rights and treating them with dignity and respect in all interactions and communications in and outside the gym.

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal and professional development.
