Fundraiser - Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

All funds raised through this campaign are used to support the setup and fit-out of the new MBS Fitness facility located at 115 Cove Hill Road, Bridgewater. This includes equipment, flooring, and facility setup costs.

2. Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not constitute any form of membership, share, or ownership in MBS Fitness or its facilities.

3. Business Sponsorships
Business sponsors contributing through this page may receive public recognition (such as logo placement or thank-you mentions) as outlined on the fundraiser page. Sponsorships are considered donations, not commercial advertising agreements.

4. Transparency & Reporting

MBS Fitness commits to using all funds for the intended purpose and may share periodic updates on campaign progress via our website and social media.

 

5. Privacy

Personal details collected during the donation process are used only for acknowledgement, communication, and administrative purposes. We do not sell or share donor information with third parties.

6. Tax Status
At this time, donations are not tax-deductible.
